The oil we are proud to supply is a certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced at the award -winning olive mill in the town of Periana in the Axarquia region of Andalucia in Southern Spain.

The cultivation of olives in this region goes back thousands of years to the days of the Phoenicians who settled in the area around 1050BC.  Many of the trees from which the olives are harvested are hundreds of years old.
